At CSD, we coach movement before speed. Athletes learn proper sprint mechanics, acceleration, deceleration, change of direction, coordination, and body control to move more efficiently and perform at a higher level. Better movement creates faster, stronger, and more confident athletes while helping reduce the risk of injury.
Inspired by Coach Joe Lee's philosophy, we believe quality always outweighs quantity. Our training isn't about exhausting athletes—it's about teaching them to move with precision, purpose, and consistency. When athletes understand why they're doing each drill, they develop skills that transfer directly to competition.
Whether you compete in football, basketball, soccer, lacrosse, baseball, volleyball, track & field, or another sport, speed is a competitive advantage. Improving acceleration, agility, coordination, reaction time, and explosiveness helps athletes create separation, react faster, recover quicker, and perform more confidently in every phase of play.
Our mission extends beyond making athletes faster. We develop discipline, confidence, accountability, resilience, and a champion mindset that prepares athletes to succeed both in competition and in life. From first-time athletes to elite competitors, we meet every athlete where they are and help them reach their goals.
